Most items are ready to ship, unless otherwise noted as PRE-ORDER with an estimated ship date. In stock items will ship within two business days. A shipping confirmation email will provide tracking information with more personalised shipping estimations based on the specific shipping address. We proudly ship worldwide. Taxes and Duties are calculated at check-out. Please note, shipping times may vary due to customs delays which are outside of our control. For any queries, please contact our customer service team for special requests or questions, customerservice@borgodenor.com

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to request an exchange or return your items to us. A refund for the merchandise will be given on items returned in new condition, with the tags still attached. To return an item, please email customerservice@borgodenor.com and we will send you a Shipping label and precise instructions. We will deduct the cost of the Return shipping from the amount refunded to the purchasing card. Please click here to see our Returns Policy.

An email will be sent once the return has been processed and a refund has been issued. It can take anywhere from 2-5 business days from the receipt of the return package to initiate the refund. Your credit card company or bank may require additional processing time.

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, PayPal Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer Clearpay for staged payments, which is available to customers from UK, USA, Canada and Australia.

To cancel or modify an order please contact our customer service team immediately at customerservice@borgodenor.com. Depending on the order status, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Your order confirmation email will include an order number. Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. If you have created an account on our site, you can also reference the order number within your account’s order history, which will also be updated with tracking information as it becomes available.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Please email us at customerservice@borgodenor.com with your order number and photos of the defects. We will advise how to proceed as soon as possible.

If you believe your order has been delayed or lost in the post, please contact us immediately and we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. For this reason, we recommend that you send your purchase to a safe and secure location.

Borgo de Nor will honor a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@borgodenor.com. Some promotions may be excluded and price adjustment does not apply to sale items. We will also honor a one-time price match request if other retailers are providing authentic Borgo de Nor merchandise at a discounted price.
