WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS?

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 days. Orders shipping to the UK will arrive in 1-2 business days. Orders shipping to the rest of the world will arrive in 3-5 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most items are ready to ship, unless otherwise noted as PRE-ORDER with an estimated ship date. In stock items will ship within two business days. A shipping confirmation email will provide tracking information with more personalised shipping estimations based on the specific shipping address. CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?

We proudly ship worldwide. Taxes and Duties are calculated at check-out. Please note, shipping times may vary due to customs delays which are outside of our control. For any queries, please contact our customer service team for special requests or questions,customerservice@borgodenor.com

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to request an exchange or return your items to us. A refund for the merchandise will be given on items returned in new condition, with the tags still attached. To return an item, please email customerservice@borgodenor.com and we will send you a Shipping label and precise instructions. We will deduct the cost of the Return shipping from the amount refunded to the purchasing card. Please clickhere to see our Returns Policy.

WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM, HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

An email will be sent once the return has been processed and a refund has been issued. It can take anywhere from 2-5 business days from the receipt of the return package to initiate the refund. Your credit card company or bank may require additional processing time.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. Please email us atcustomerservice@borgodenor.comwith your order number and photos of the defects. We will advise how to proceed as soon as possible.

MY ORDER STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. IS IT LOST?

If you believe your order has been delayed or lost in the post, please contact us immediately and we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. For this reason, we recommend that you send your purchase to a safe and secure location.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICE ADJUSTMENT AND PRICE MATCHING POLICY?

Borgo de Nor will honor a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team atcustomerservice@borgodenor.com. Some promotions may be excluded and price adjustment does not apply to sale items. We will also honor a one-time price match request if other retailers are providing authentic Borgo de Nor merchandise at a discounted price.
