If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. A refund for the merchandise will be given on items returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags still attached.

With your purchase we will provide a return label, please use it to ship your order back to our warehouse. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount to the original payment method.

Unless the item is inherently faulty, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund as follows:

• UK Orders: £20
• EU Orders: €20
• US Orders: $50
• Rest of the World $50

Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you by email and initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days from receipt of the return for us to process the refund. Your bank or credit card issuer may also have additional processing times.
